Get the Dutch tax value of a house.

For tax purposes Dutch vilages have to make an evaluation of all the Dutch houses. You can find the value of a house based on a postal code or address. Dutch postal codes consist of four digits and two characters (9999AA). You can get this evaluation free of charge from the Dutch governmental website: House Value Counter Dutch language only.

Get the spatial planning of any house

ruimtelijkeplanning.nl is the online portal that the government uses to make digital spatial plans accessible. All the spatial plans are displayed on a single image so in one glance can be seen which spatial plans have been made for a specific area. This site is freely accessible to everyone via Ruimtelijke Plannen. Visit the website using a PC, as the information will not fit on mobile devices.
