Petri.co.il produced a clear article about disabling Adobe Reader XI Updates using Windows Group Policy. It also shows the registry key to update if you want to use a regfile.

This solution modifies the Windows registry. Back up the registry before you modify it. Then, you can restore the registry if a problem occurs. Save the bordered text as a text file with the extension ".reg" and load it on all your Citrix servers.
